How to become a member?
Step 1: Orientation/ Seminar
Attendance on 3-hour SAFE Cooperative Membership Seminar is a must. Informative discussions are very vital for membership and knowing the aspects of how the coop is managed.

Step 2: Application & Background Check
Submit the SAFE Cooperative Membership Form for profiling.

Step 3: Requirement for Approval
Submit the following related documents:
a. Certificate of Employment
b. Proof of other source of income.
c. Photocopy of two (2) Philippine Government issued ID’s or National ID.
d. Membership Fee

Step 4: Approval & Deposit
A text message/chat or an email will be received to confirm of SAFE Cooperative Membership approval. Instruction to send the copy of Member’s Share Capita and Savings Account deposit slip is required to activate the membership.
