A non-Safety Practitioner

1. Signed membership application form and payment of the membership
2. Full-payment of Share Capital
3. Pay annual Insurance Coverage & Calamity Fund (Avail all member benefits)
4. Avail the full benefits provided that a Regular Member endorsement is guaranteed.
5. No right to vote and not to be elected to office.
